On October 15 2009  the Plaintiff was riding on a homecoming float for the Fleming Island High School homecoming parade. When the float stopped the Plaintiff stood up to get off the float. The vehicle started to pull forward and Plaintiff fell from the float and was run over by the trailer. She suffered injuries from this incident which have required surgery in the past and is scheduled for additional surgery. She has and will continue to have limitations and physical impairment as a result of the accident.  The case can be settled for a total settlement cost of $32,500.00.
